What Really Happened

Throughout the war, the United States had been playing around with different bombs. Calling on scientists to help make an extremely powerful bomb, they fell upon the atomic bomb. The dropping the first bomb on Hiroshima destroyed an estimated 69% of the building in the city. Close to 90% of the doctors in Hiroshima were killed and close to 93% of nurses were killed in the bombing. Three days after dropping the atomic bomb on Hiroshima, America dropped a second bomb on Nagasaki. This bomb leveled more then half of the city and killed close to 100,000 people majority innocent civilian's. The United States did not know exactly what the bomb could do and what effects it would have. This is why the dropping of the bomb was unjustifiable, because the United States dropped the bombs without knowing all that would come from it and what effects it would have on all the innocent people and land for years to come. Many of those who did survive the dropping of the bomb unfortuately formed cancer and died years later and those who are still alive are waiting to see, when they too get cancer from the radiation of the bombs.

Word is, is that Japan was ready to surrender before America dropped the Atomic bombs killing mass numbers of people in these cities. The United States wanted to show how powerful they were as a country and they did, but i think a good question to be asked is what draws the line at to much especially when it comes to innocent men, women and children. These people suffered terrible deaths and injuries because of these bombs.

This is just one example of the casualties in the cities because of the bombs.
